WHO WE ARE

In the theatre, the 4th wall is commonly referred to as the audience. I have found that the participants (audience) are the most interesting part of facilitating, and I strive to make my participants an integral part of everything I do. My background in theatre and storytelling helps gain trust, engagement, and build culture within teams. I am, at heart, a collaborator and a lifelong learner, and feel I’m at my best when I can use all of the wisdom of those I’m around. I specialize in collaborative content creation and creative facilitation. Every workshop or strategic planning retreat I facilitate includes play and opportunities for all participants to connect, and my innate curiosity allows me to help drive innovation and change.

I am a facilitator and teaching artist with over 12 years of experience. I have worked with teams in non-profit, education, and corporations. I have created and facilitated workshops for small and large groups both locally and nationally, some of which include: Jewish Family Services, Camp Shai, Craig Hospital, Athena Project Arts, DQUAC, The Jewish Community Center Early Learning School, The Office Of Behavioral Health, COACT, Clinica Family Health, Kaiser Permanente, CU Schools of Dental, Social Work and Physical Therapy, Arapahoe Community College, UCCS School of Nursing, CDPHE, Denver Public Schools, Aurora Public Schools, JEFFCO Public Schools and Cherry Creek school district.
