Organizational Culture and team building

The most successful and happy teams are those that focus first on the people that make up that team.  A unique culture is consistently becoming one of the top assets that new employees look for when seeking employment, and a positive culture has proven to not only retain talent, but increase innovation, productivity, and success. When employees feel like they are a part of the process of creating their team dynamics, unique culture, and thinking through solutions to challenges, they are more likely to work hard to ensure that they are representatives of the culture of your company.  It is instrumental to take time to develop and nurture strong relationships, create a cohesive team dynamic, create a clear vision and expectations of the team, and most important, to infuse laughter and play into the process in order to facilitate empathy among the team. 
 
4th Wall Facilitation will design an experience tailored specifically for your organization. Team building offerings are half day workshops and full day workshops. We will provide an opportunity to examine your unique culture from the inside out using play and activities to activate engagement and enhance opportunities to learn. These experiences help provide intentional time together as a team to examine what is and is not working in the culture already, and increase communication skills in order to create stronger, more dynamic relationships and increase innovation.  The outcome will yield a more fulfilled, happy, and productive team.

Small and large group Facilitation

An experienced facilitator can be ideal for a variety of scenarios, such as: (a) you have new board members who have never worked together before, (b) you are rolling out a new mission or vision for your company, (c) you have difficult subjects to discuss and having a neutral facilitator will encourage a more meaningful discussion, (d) you have an annual retreat that you want to make more experiential and fun, or (e) you are looking to think creatively about a process improvement or product launch. We work with you to customize your experience, and build opportunities for your staff to learn and engage together.

Strategic Planning

 A successful business has a clear mission and vision, and a direction for the future that that inspires and engages the team, which ultimately helps ensure success. It is instrumental to take time to create a clear mission, vision, and values for your team, and, as as part of the process, have clearly defined and actionable goals and strategies. However, that process doesn't have to be dull, boring, and driven by the same voices in the room. Innovation and creativity happen when participants feel like there is room to play, laugh, create, collaborate, and take the time to really engage with next steps.  We cultivate unique strategic planning sessions that include a variety of activities within the process to welcome diverse thoughts and opinions,  so that everyone not only feels like they are an integral part of the new plan, but excited and energized about the future.

Facilitation Coaching

The best part about facilitation is the involvement from the participants, and 4th Wall Facilitation provides individual and group coaching to help explore outside the lines of a typical training in order to help your presentation to be more memorable.  Our facilitation training provides coaching for any manager, speaker or presenter to encourage engagement and new ways of participation and retention from participants (whether it is facilitating a staff meeting or giving a presentation). We also help you build your confidence as a presenter, identify your unique style, and help you find moments to to use story as a way to make your presentation come to life.
